I embarked on my own soul journey in 2019 after I was left feeling empty, lost, and going nowhere (even though I had a good job, nice apartment, family, friends & a partner)...something just felt "off" ...like I was shoving my myself in too small of shoes like I use to do as a kid out of fear of having too big of feet...

I knew I needed to live bigger (expand), get my life on the right track (alignment), and really be true to who I was (authentic).
